Custom Advertising Flags — Beach Flags, Event Flags, Pole Flags

Custom advertising flags can be produced using three printing technologies: sublimation on flagtex, direct printing on polyester, and solvent printing on blockout fabrics. We cover the full range of formats: beach flags 230–450 cm, pole flags from 100×150 up to 300×500 cm, balcony, ceremonial and trade-show flags. Every batch comes with a pole sleeve, reinforcing tape and steel carabiners at no extra charge.

Technologies and materials

For creative and event agencies, the three printing technologies mean choosing between color vibrancy, show-through to the reverse side, and budget for repeat runs. Sublimation on flagtex delivers the most vivid colors and the lightest fabric — the dye penetrates the weave and won't flake for a minimum of 24 months of outdoor exposure.

For agencies working on event timelines, we run a dedicated production slot. We select support structures — poles, cross bases, sandbags, rotating bases — based on the exposure conditions and the installation crew's transport. A dedicated project manager runs the order from brief to confirmed delivery on-site.

What we offer

We print advertising flags primarily via sublimation — the dye penetrates the fabric weave, so the graphic won't flake and will last a minimum of 24 months outdoors. Standard materials and finishing specs:

  • Flagtex 110 g/m² — the standard for beach flags and pole flags
  • Flagtex blockout 210 g/m² — for double-sided printing with full light-blocking
  • Satin 180 g/m² — for ceremonial and stage-set flags
  • 3 cm pole sleeve with double lining, fits poles Ø 20–32 mm
  • Side finishing: heat-sealed edge, overlock stitching, or a folded seam with reinforcing tape

We cut and sew in-house — the entire production runs under one roof, with no outsourcing to external sewing shops. Stands are pulled from our own stock, so there's no delay waiting on imported components.

Who we produce advertising flags for

Event flags are ordered by agencies producing staging for concerts, trade fairs, sponsor conferences and city festivals. Outdoor agencies use beach flags and flagpoles to mark entrances at car dealerships, shopping centers and sporting events.

For digital agencies, we print branded flags for photo shoots and content marketing — often in small runs of 3–10 units. We support production departments on large network campaigns: 200–500 flags for dealership poles in a single batch, with guaranteed color consistency.

We produce national and brand-image flags for office openings, galas and corporate events. Ceremonial and stage-set flags are made for theaters, museums and cultural-event agencies. Each scenario has a different budget and deadline — we choose the technology to fit the project's reality.

Q&A for advertising and event agency staff

What file format should I use for flag printing so colors stay consistent across the roll?

We accept files in PDF/X-4 at 1:1 scale, at 150 dpi for flags viewed from 3–5 meters away. Colors in CMYK — sublimation has a wider gamut than offset printing, so strong oranges and navy blues print true to the layout. Text must be vector, and logos vector too.

Can event flags be printed double-sided with full color on both sides?

Yes — for double-sided printing we use blockout-type fabric with an internal light-blocking layer. We print each side separately, heat-seal them in a laminating machine, and sew the edges in one cycle. Sublimation printing on blockout gives full opacity — yellow on one side won't show through as navy on the other. Turnaround extends by 24 hours compared to single-sided printing.

How long does custom flag production take?

Standard turnaround is usually 2 business days. For repeat orders — additional batches of the same design — we shorten this to 24 hours. Runs above several dozen or several hundred units are split into shipping batches, so the first batch can go out to the event without waiting for the last unit. In express mode we handle runs of up to 20 units within 24 hours, with a 25% surcharge.

Do you supply poles, cross bases and sandbags together with the flag, or do we need to buy them separately?

A complete flag-plus-stand set is our most common order — we stock composite poles, steel cross bases and water/sand weights. Beach flags come standard with a carry bag and a fiberglass telescopic pole. For pole flags we include steel carabiners or reinforcing tape with clips. For indoor events, instead of sandbags we supply metal cross bases — more stable against ventilation drafts.

Do you handle printed flags for agencies that need a one-off production run for a single event?

Yes — 90% of our orders are one-off projects for a specific event or campaign. There's no minimum order quantity and we don't require a framework agreement for single orders. For one-off jobs we invoice based on an email order referencing the agency's project number — the invoice goes out after shipping. If the event repeats annually, we archive the production file and produce another batch the following year without a new preflight.
