What we offer
A complete set ready to hand out to participants — assembled, sleeved or packed per person.
- Cardboard insert 300–400 g/m², format 86×54 mm or 86×110 mm, 4+4 printing
- Hard (crystal) or soft PVC holder, with or without a hole
- Polyester lanyards 10 mm, 15 mm, 20 mm — sublimation printed or screen printed
- Metal clip or carabiner attachments for the lanyard
- Per-participant insert personalization (name, title, company) — digital printing
- Packing: per-set in a sleeve, or loose in a box per print run

Can badges be personalized per participant?
Yes — we print inserts with per-participant data (name, company, title) for runs from 50 units, digitally. Send a batch file in Excel or CSV — we generate the inserts automatically. Finished sets are packed alphabetically or in the order of your participant list.
How long does a badge set take to produce for an event?
With an approved design and a participant list submitted before 10am, a set of 100–300 badges is ready within 48 hours. Express 24-hour turnaround is available for runs up to 150 units. For larger events (500+) we schedule the production plan directly with the agency's project manager.
