What we install
BFD's installation crews handle the full spectrum of advertising installations — from a simple banner hung on a hook, through mounting 3D letters on a facade, to installing illuminated light boxes and display systems. For every installation we select the right tools, mounting methods, and fixings to ensure durability and safety.

Does BFD install advertising outside Warsaw?
Yes — our mobile crews operate across all of Poland. Warsaw and the area within 50 km is a standard job with no travel cost. Beyond 50 km, we calculate travel based on distance and crew time. For nationwide campaigns, we often use local partner crews coordinated centrally.
Do you install banners on scaffolding and tall facades?
Yes — we work at height using scissor lifts up to 16 m, cherry pickers up to 32 m, and rope-access techniques. For work at height we require a technical mounting plan and the building manager's approval, which we help obtain.
How does installation reporting work for agencies?
After every installation, we send photo documentation: before, during, and after the install, with geolocation and date. For multi-location campaigns, a consolidated report goes to the agency's project manager as a PDF or shared gallery.
Do you handle installation and removal within one event order?
Yes — events are a single order: delivery, setup, on-site support, and teardown. For events requiring fast teardown (e.g. before midnight), we account for it in the schedule and book a crew for the evening.
Does installing 3D letters require special permits?
3D letters on a building facade require an advertising permit or a notification to the local authority. In shopping centers — the property manager's approval. We help prepare the technical documentation and coordinate the approval process so installation stays on the campaign schedule.
