We print on 3–10 mm PVC foam board, Forex, and 3–4 mm Dibond using flatbed UV technology — the graphic goes straight onto the substrate, with no laminate film. These materials are used in showrooms, at trade fairs, in shops and malls, and in outdoor displays.

What We Offer
We produce prints from A2 up to large-format 3×5 m displays. Flatbed UV needs no cutting or splicing — a clean edge on every side.
- PVC foam board 3 mm / 5 mm / 10 mm — lightweight, suitable for laser cutting and routing
- Dibond 3 mm and 4 mm — aluminum-foam-aluminum, outdoor-rated up to 5 years
- Forex (expanded PVC) 5 mm — ideal for frame systems
- Flatbed UV printing at 1200 dpi resolution, with a matte or gloss varnish option
- Shape cutting, contour routing, drilling for standoff mounts
- Cardboard packaging with protective corners — zero transport damage

What PVC foam board thickness for an in-store display?
For indoor displays and standees, 5 mm PVC is enough — rigid, lightweight and easy to transport. For floor graphics we use 10 mm PVC. For standoff wall mounting, 3 mm Dibond works best — a clean edge with no visible adhesive.
Is Dibond suitable for outdoor use?
Yes — 4 mm Dibond with UV printing withstands outdoor exposure for 3–5 years without peeling or fading. It's used for facade signs, parking signage and outdoor displays. For very harsh locations (marine corrosion) we recommend a PVDF coating.
What's the minimum format for flatbed printing?
We print from A2 (42×59 cm) up. There's no upper limit for flat formats — our flatbed table is 3×2 m. Above that size we produce in segments with precisely matched seams.
