1. Data Controller

2. What Data We Process

We process only the data voluntarily provided through the contact form or by email:

first and last name,
agency / company name,
email address and phone number,
content of the inquiry (project description).

3. Legal Basis and Purpose of Processing (GDPR)

We process data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR):

Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — taking steps prior to entering into a contract (quoting, responding to a request for proposal),
Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — the controller's legitimate interest (returning contact, archiving correspondence, pursuing claims).

We store the data for the duration of the correspondence and the order's fulfillment, and afterward for the period required by law (accounting records, statute of limitations for claims).

4. Recipients of Data

Data from the contact form is processed by the form service provider Formspree, Inc. and the hosting provider nazwa.pl. We do not sell data and do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

access to your data and to receive a copy of it,
rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing,
objection to processing,
data portability,
lodging a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl).

6. Cookies

bf-design.pl does not use cookies for marketing or analytics purposes and does not profile users. Only technical cookies necessary for the site to function may be present.

Providing your data is voluntary but necessary to respond to your inquiry. Data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area, except for the Formspree service (USA) — based on standard contractual clauses.
