What We Offer
We produce pin badges on pin presses in round, oval and heart shapes. The graphic is digitally printed on coated paper, then protected with clear film and crimped into a steel casing with a pin or safety-pin fastening. The result: sharp full-color print with a gloss finish, resistant to scratches.

What file format should I prepare for pin badge printing?
We send a template after the order is placed — a circle of a set diameter with a marked safe zone (no important elements near the edge, since the casing crimp covers 3–4 mm). Deliver the file as a CMYK PDF or AI, no extra layers.
What's the minimum order for advertising pin badges?
The minimum is 50 pcs of one design. Below 50 pcs we run it as a special project with a machine setup surcharge. With several designs you can combine quantities — e.g. 5 designs at 100 pcs each is 500 pcs total, qualifying for a volume discount.
How long does a pin badge series take to produce?
Standard turnaround is 3–5 working days from proof approval. For orders up to 500 pcs a 48-hour express mode is available for a surcharge. Series above 5,000 pcs take 7–10 working days.
Can pin badges be ordered with a magnet instead of a pin?
Yes — a neodymium magnet fastening is available for all sizes from 37 mm up. The magnet holds on fabric without damaging clothing. It's a popular option for events where the pin is worn just once.
Do you deliver pin badges individually packaged or on a display?
We pack loose in poly bags with an order label, on header cards (with the client's own artwork), or on a collector's display. Individual zip-lock bag packaging is available from 200 pcs.
