What's the difference between a standard and a premium roll-up?
The difference is in cassette quality and stability: standard — thinner cassette, steel foot, good for a handful of events. Premium — thicker cassette with an anti-twist mechanism, wider aluminum foot, built for years of repeated use. For one-off events — go standard. For corporate conferences and trade fairs used repeatedly — go premium.
Which roll-up format is the most popular?
The most popular format is 85×200 cm (standard cassette) — it fits most trade fair booths and holds a logo plus text readable from 2–3 meters. The 100×200 cm format is popular for graphics with a lot of content or when the roll-up stands next to an event wall. The 120×220 cm format is premium — visible from a distance.
How should I prepare a file for a roll-up?
A vertical file sized to the cassette, with a 5 cm bleed at the bottom (feeds into the mechanism) and 3 cm bleed on the sides. Resolution 100–150 dpi at full size. PDF/X-4 or TIFF, CMYK. If the file needs a fix, we check it in preflight within 1 hour and let you know by email.
