Which mesh material should I choose — 270 or 340 g/m²?
270 g/m² mesh works well on fencing and low scaffolding up to 10 m — lighter and easier to transport. On tall facades and in high-wind zones we use 340 g/m² with a steel perimeter rope. The final choice depends on a wind analysis of the location — we can advise.
How is mesh banner mounted on scaffolding?
The standard mounting method is plastic zip ties through grommets every 50 cm attached to the scaffolding tubes. On request we supply Ø12 mm grommets with PE rope included. For large exposures a steel perimeter rope under tension is used — it eliminates flapping in the wind.
What's the production time for a mesh banner?
For sizes up to 20 m² with a file approved before noon — the mesh is ready the next business day. Above 50 m² or with roll-mounted assemblies — 48–72 hours. Express mode: same-shift turnaround, from file to courier.
