Which stand system is best for trade fairs?
For industry trade fairs we recommend modular Octanorm systems — flexible, professional-looking, reusable. For events where setup speed is critical, pop-up with magnetic graphics works well — 15-minute tool-free setup. For premium events with a higher budget — textile stretch on aluminum frames.
Does BFD install stands on-site at the event?
Yes — we install across all of Poland. In Warsaw and the surrounding area we use our own transport; further away we send a courier or van with a technician. Transport and installation pricing is quoted separately — just include the event location in your brief.
How should I prepare graphics for a trade show stand?
We accept PDF/X-4 or TIFF files at 1:10 scale with 150 dpi resolution. Panel joins are marked on the template we send with the order. For stretch textiles the tension tolerance is ±3 cm — we account for that in the template.
