Advertising Production Training for Agencies — Specifications, Materials, Processes
We run advertising production training both on-site and online — for account managers, producers and designers who want to understand production from the inside. Technical knowledge on the agency side shortens client iterations, eliminates brief errors and saves time on file corrections.

What the Training Covers
We tailor the training program to the roles of the participants. Account managers are trained differently (material selection, timelines, logistics), producers differently (technical specifications, pre-press, preflight), and designers differently (file preparation, ICC profiles, bleeds, spot colors). We also offer mixed training for an entire production department.
- Production file specifications: PDF/X-4, CMYK, ICC profiles, bleeds, trims
- Material selection: PVC, mesh, flag fabric, foils, sublimation textiles
- Printing processes: UV, solvent, sublimation, screen printing, DTF — which to choose when
- Timelines and logistics: what's realistically achievable and in what time
- Installation: what you need to know before signing a contract with a client
- Q&A session with a production specialist — no sugarcoating
Who It's For and Training Format
The training is designed for ATL and BTL advertising agencies, event houses and marketing departments who want to raise their team's technical skills. It's especially valuable for new producers and account managers who haven't yet seen production from the inside.
We run group training (4–20 people) and one-on-one consulting for senior staff. On-site format — at your office or ours in Warsaw — allows for hands-on practice with files and materials. Online is available on request. Duration: from 2 hours (topic-focused) to a full working day (comprehensive).
Schedule Training for Your Agency
Send us a brief with group size, participant roles and preferred topics — we'll prepare a program and quote within 60 minutes. Training is delivered in Polish or English, with materials and examples from real projects.

Can the training be held at our agency's office?
Yes — we come to you with materials and sample swatches. We need a room with a projector or screen and internet access. On-site training is recommended for groups of 5 or more — interaction and the ability to handle the materials makes a real difference.
How long does a standard advertising production training session last?
A topic-focused session (e.g. just file specifications or just material selection) takes 2–3 hours. Comprehensive training for producers and account managers is a full working day with breaks. The online program can be split into 4 sessions of 90 minutes each.
Is the training available online?
Yes — we run online sessions via Teams or Google Meet with full PDF materials. The online format works well for groups of up to 10 people and for follow-up Q&A sessions. For a first-time training we recommend the on-site version.
Can BFD second a production specialist to an agency for a single project?
Yes — this is one of our flagship solutions. A BFD specialist acts as technical support for the agency during client meetings: answering production questions live, shortening iterations and eliminating errors at the brief stage. We bill hourly or as a flat project fee.
Do we receive materials and checklists after the training?
Yes — every training session ends with a materials package: a PDF presentation, technical brief templates and a file-preparation checklist. We update the materials quarterly and share them with participants of previous editions.
