Custom Printed Bags — Cotton, Jute & Promotional Totes
Custom printed bags are produced using screen printing, sublimation and DTF (Direct To Film) — depending on the material and run size. We work with cotton, jute, non-woven polypropylene and paper bags. Every project is treated as white-label — no BFD logo appears on the finished product.

What we offer
We match the printing technology to the material: screen printing works best on cotton for large single-colour runs, DTF (Direct To Film) delivers full-colour prints on any fabric with no colour limit, and sublimation is the standard for polyester bags with full-colour graphics. Paper bags are printed offset or digitally before forming.
- Cotton bags, 140–240 g/m² — eco-friendly, reusable, screen printing or DTF
- Natural jute bags — screen-printed, coloured edge binding, cotton handles
- Non-woven (PP) bags — heat-sealed, full-colour print, from 200 pcs
- Paper bags with twisted or flat handles — coated or kraft paper, offset printed
- Option to add an inner pocket, zip closure or snap fastener
- Custom sizes — M, L, XL and bespoke dimensions
Who it's for and typical uses
Event agencies order cotton bags as welcome bags for conference attendees, packed with gadgets, a catalogue and branding materials. Retail chains use paper bags as purchase packaging — branded with the store logo and seasonal campaign. Marketing departments order eco-friendly bags for trade shows as a booth giveaway.
For product campaigns, we bundle bags with other gadgets: bag + notebook + pen + sticker — a complete set under one SKU. For orders above 1,000 pcs we set up project pricing and shorten lead times on follow-up deliveries.

Which printing technology is best for cotton bags?
For runs above 200 pcs of a single design, screen printing is the cheapest option for 1–4 colours. DTF (Direct To Film) pays off for full-colour designs or small runs — no plate costs, ready to print within 24 hours. Sublimation only works on polyester bags.
What is the minimum order quantity for printed bags?
Cotton: 50 pcs (DTF) or 200 pcs (screen printing). Jute: 100 pcs. Non-woven: 200 pcs. Paper: 100 pcs. For smaller runs we provide an individual quote including setup costs.
How long does production of printed cotton bags take?
Screen printing on cotton: 7–10 business days. DTF on cotton: 3–5 days. Offset-printed paper bags: 10–14 days. Express turnaround is available for DTF — 48 hours from proof approval for runs up to 500 pcs.
Are bags delivered folded or flat?
By default we deliver bags flat, packed in cartons. On request we pack them folded, with tissue paper inside or a divider, ready for display or handing out. Gift packaging is quoted separately.
Can you produce bags from materials supplied by the client?
Yes — printing on the client's own material is available for both screen printing and DTF. The material must meet minimum composition requirements (at least 80% cotton or polyester) and be delivered at least 3 days before the planned print date.
